 with the express purpose of helping  to prepare and educate both the individual home owner and the investor who is facing a foreclosure of their property, and the real estate industry who represents them. This includes lenders,real estate agents, brokerages, attorneys, and accountants who represent their clients in any pre- -foreclosure short sale of property.

GBA EDUCATORS consists of highly qualified licensed real estate brokers and agents, loss mitigation attorneys, escrow officers, contractors and accountants who are expert in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure,and bankruptcy.
